Located 45 miles North of the George Washington Bridge, in the town of Woodbury, Postal zone is Central Valley.

2 miles from NY Thruway (I-87) Exit 16 Harriman and Woodbury Common Factory Outlet Shopping Center.

18 holes Central Valley Golf Course is next door.

Harriman State Park is very close. Bear Mountain is 8 miles away.

Train Station is 5 miles away, Metro North Harriman Station. Lots of town residents work in Manhattan and commute by car, train or bus.

The property is located in the middle of the mountain. The property size is 23.5 acres. There is 1.5 acre Lake with rowboats, lots of wild animals, deer, turkeys, birds, fish, trees, walking trails. It is like a park.

There are 7 cottages on the property. The 2 bedroom unit is detached with a shower room, kitchen, and living room. The 1 bedroom unit is semi-attached with a shower, kitchen and dining area. Cottages are separated pretty far from each other.

To the Spruce Lake Cottages
From George Washington Bridge
Take Palisades Parkway North. After passing Visitor Center, Bookstore and Anthony Wayne Recreation Area, Change to Center Lane (Left Hand Side Lane). Get off Exit 18 Central Valley and Slow down your speed to the Traffic Circle then take Route 6 West, Central Valley. At the end of down hill, get off to Route 32. At the traffic light, turn Right to Route 32 Central Valley.
*** Drive about Estrada RD (across from the Sunoco Gas Station). Drive about 1 mile. Look for sign on Left that says, SPRUCE LAKE COTTAGES, 277 Estrada Road. Cottages are on left.
From NY Thruway (I-87)
Take I-87 North to Exit 16 Harriman. After Toll Booth, Do Not Drive Strait ahead. Turn extreme Right Side Exit to Route 32 Central Valley (Do Not Drive on Right Hand Side Road to Woodbury Common) at the Traffic Light, turn Right to 32 Central Valley. After Route 32, same as *** above.
